Cancellation/Refund Policy
No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- • We have insufficient stock / raw material to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- • We do not deliver to your area.
- • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo-graphical error or an error in the pricing information.
- • If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account as possible but in any event within 7-14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Return Policy: Any good sold will not be eligible for return unless they incorrect or damaged.
Exchange Policy: In case of any product wrongly delivered or damaged, you are entitled to exchange goods.
All exchanges will be subject to inspection. The product must be returned in original condition. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact customer service with the order confirmation number and the style code of the missing or incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.
Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
